It seems possible the epicenter being on the Nazca Ridge axis. And the epicenter of the earthquake being way below the ground, maybe it mades it at the same level of Ridge. The fact lights were seen over the water point a relation there. Some could think it is related to the lights, what are they, I do not know, but there is something previous of the appearance of the lights beneath the water. It is more likely to be related to the lights and the earthquake. Could it be that the Nazca Ridge and the phenomenum are related?

It seems possible the epicenter being on the Nazca Ridge axis. And the epicenter of the earthquake being way below the ground, maybe it mades it at the same level of Ridge.
