There are plenty in civilian ownership, and no reason why one couldn't be painted in black. Also, helicopters can seem amazingly fast at low altitude - which this one seems to be at. It <em>doesn't</em> look much like the images I've seen of the B-2, and the notion its totting a drone of some kind around on its back is a little silly. The D-21 drone mentioned indirectly in the link wasn't a stunning success-rather the opposite-and nothing I've seen in recent aviation literature suggests that anybody is trying the formula again.
