I’m such a dork. I’m pretty sure the guy standing in the background is the actor who played Deep Space Nine’s Ferenghi bartender, Quark AS WELL AS the principal in “Buffy the Vampire Slayer.” (And who ended up getting eaten by the Mayor of Sunnydale after his transformation into a giant serpent monster.)
